Kaitlyn Meeder

Kaitlyn Meeder is a Senior Operations Associate with ARQ Wealth Advisors. She brings a strong background in wealth management. After earning her FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses at Charles Schwab, she developed expertise in investment operations through client service, operations, and leadership roles at registered investment advisory firms, later managing a wealth management operations team overseeing trading, workflow development, and large-scale data initiatives. At ARQ Wealth, Kaitlyn focuses on streamlining processes, advancing strategic initiatives, and driving operational efficiency to support the firm’s continued growth.

Originally from Southern California, Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado, where she was a four-year NCAA Division I soccer student-athlete. After graduation, she relocated to Arizona and enjoys traveling, skiing, attending concerts, staying active through sports, and exploring the state’s diverse landscapes.
