Jake Crosby

Jake Crosby is beginning his career in the financial services industry as a Client Service Associate, after spending a year supporting ARQ Wealth Advisors, first as an intern and then on a project basis. He has a passion for helping individuals and families build confidence in their financial future and was drawn to the profession by a desire to guide clients through important financial decisions with clarity and support.

A Scottsdale native, Jake earned his Bachelor of Arts in Financial Planning from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he developed a strong foundation of knowledge in investment and financial planning principles while also developing deep ties within the Phoenix community.

Jake is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, bringing a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every interaction. During his time at ASU, Jake was actively involved in Sigma Nu fraternity and served as President, overseeing the fraternity’s budget and leading organizational initiatives focused on member experience, operations, and leadership development.

Outside of the office, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors, whether golfing, duck hunting, skiing, or being on the lake. He is also a longtime fan of country music.
