Lyndsy Skiest is a Senior Client Service & Operations Specialist at ARQ Wealth Advisors. With nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Lyndsy has been the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individual clients. She brings a deep understanding of client service, financial operations, and relationship management, ensuring the highest level of service and attention to detail. Additionally, she has a strong background in driving efficiency and implementing process improvements to enhance overall operations.

Lyndsy began her career in 2012 as a Financial Analyst at an insurance company before transitioning to the financial services industry in 2016 as a Client Service Manager. During this time, she discovered her
passion for working directly with people, rather than solely with data, which inspired her to shift her focus from data analysis to providing personalized, high-level service to clients. Her growing interest in the financial planning process, combined with her expertise in relationship management and business operations has fueled her career development and continued growth.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Nichols College in Dudley, MA, and holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Lyndsy relocated to Arizona in 2025. Outside of work, she is a proud dog mom to her beloved dog, Gemma. She enjoys traveling, hiking, exploring new restaurants, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.
