James N. Robinson (Jay)

James N. Robinson (Jay) is co-founder and Partner of ARQ Wealth Advisors, LLC. He is a Series 65 licensed financial advisor with 12 years of financial industry experience, with a focus on retirement income planning. James attended the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (Texas Western), where he graduated with honors earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Business Management. James also holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).

Jay was introduced to the financial services industry by his father, who was a Registered Investment Advisor. Prior to becoming an advisor, Jay was the #1 ranked wholesaler for a $1billion+ brokerage firm in the independent advisor space. He specialized in developing personalized income, retirement, and estate planning solutions for the top 1% of advisors in the industry and their high net worth clients.
Jay is a financial educator and teaches classes at local colleges on retirement and estate planning, social security maximization, and income planning. He has been a featured financial contributor for ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and CNN news.
